Hiding underneath the wonderfully crispy Peking Duck is one of the best slice of foie gras I've ever had. Thin crispy outside with a soft creamy inside. Mmm!!
Shark's fin soup was not for everybody but those of us who had it anyway all loved it.
Generous sprinkling of gold flakes on the Mango Pudding. Pretty but pretty ordinary too.
The_Best_Dessert of the night, I think, was the Fried Durian Ice Cream. It's fried but look at how thin the dough is! It's not the least bit oily. Very pleasant indeed.
